Move 1:  50 staff and all furniture and IT to new location with no loss of operations.

Move 2:  internal move of 50 staff and all furniture and IT with no loss of operations.

DESIGN:

Move Plan, communications with stakeholders, contractor engagement, furniture layout plan, seating plan for staff, contract and manage upgrade work at new location.

DELIVER:

Move carried out over two separate weekends (due to client requirements), with all staff in place and working for Monday morning in both cases.
