DEFINE:
Plan and undertake the relocation of 120 staff compliment, together with entire office operation, furniture and IT from Abingdon to temporary office space at Harwell Science and Technology Centre. Create detailed budget and project plan for approval
DESIGN:
Basic fit-out of new work space (including landlord fit-out), risk assessment, business continuity, communications installation, and move plan.
Create Communications Plan for staff and stakeholders, select and appoint contractors and oversee entire work programme, including contracting and all fit-out work, personalising new space to client needs and aspirations, comms installation, and ‘day of move’ management.
DELIVER:
Entire move undertaken over one weekend: all staff up and running Monday morning. Met and orientated all staff members unable to visit the building prior to the move. Provided move follow-up support and any trouble shooting that arose.
