Having said that, our management service is price competitive and can offer some additional benefits including a free maintenance and repair review in some instances.

- Undertaking viewings
- All liaison with potential tenants
- Referencing (using a credit reference agency)
- Drawing up Tenancy agreements
- Deposit collection and storage in deposit scheme
- Rent collection
- Maintenance management
- Ongoing tenant management
- Renewal of tenancy
