Tenants
Our aim is to make the provision of somewhere to live as painless as possible and make the best of the property for both the tenant and the landlord.
The fees we charge to potential Tenants and Tenants are there to cover our administrative costs and fees to external bodies, such as referencing agencies.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
Fees
- £75 per person Credit check, referencing and administration fee
- £75 per Guarantor (if required) for referencing and credit check
- One months rent plus £100 for Deposit (all deposits are held in the DPS scheme)
- £25 per missed appointment (where a specific arrangement or appointment has been made)
- Other fees may apply for pets in properties and early termination of tenancy
